It’s difficult to imagine living in the Pacific Northwest without having a deep appreciation for nature. Everywhere you look there are sprawling vistas, thundering waterfalls, serene lakes, secret hot springs, and snow-capped mountains…just to name a few.
So let’s all take a moment to celebrate the natural beauty that we have. Take a hike, plant a tree, volunteer for a river cleanup, or visit the Oregon Garden.
Here's what's happening this weekend:
- Roll up your sleeves and join the Volunteer Work Party at Lake Oswego's Woodmont Park on Saturday at 1 pm.
- Check out the Earth Day Fair at the Oregon Garden.
- Solve it for Earth Day on Saturday, April 23rd.
- Come celebrate at The 18th annual Wulapalooza, Willamette University's earth, art and music festival.
