Whether you are looking for your dream home, wanting to build a new home or getting ready to remodel or redecorate your current home, you will find your inspiration at this year's 41st NW Natural Street of Dreams. The show is set to run from July 30 to Aug. 28, from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m., located on Pete’s Mountain in West Linn. The show will feature five homes with vastly different styles, each priced between $3 million and $4 million.

“This year’s homes encompass everything from the most luxurious, high end style to sensible NW living—complete with efficient water management systems,” said Rachel Trice, vice president, membership, marketing and events, Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland. “Add to each homes’ incredible mountain views in the background, it is truly the finest collection of homes we’ve seen yet.”
Each show home is a reflection of the unique and professional talents of builders, interior designers, craftspeople and landscape architects. They range between 6,000 and 8,000 square feet, each built in different styles ranging from “traditional Northwest” to “Hamptons style,” “Northwest contemporary” and “rustic Italian.” All of the lots have stunning views.

For the Home Builders Association and its members, energy efficiency is a top priority. With that in mind, each of this year's Street of Dreams homes provides an Energy Performance Score (EPS) and feature energy efficient appliances and utilities. Unique amongst energy efficient homes is the Quintessence home; an Earth Advantage Certified Platinum home. An Earth Advantage-certified home incorporates design elements, systems and materials that create superior indoor air quality, use natural resources responsibly, protect land and lower water usage.

Beyond the five luxury homes, the site also boasts a 23-acre vineyard that will be used to support Tumwater Reserve Wines. Visitors can enjoy the “barrel house,” which will serve as a tasting room for the onsite vineyard during and after the show.
Proceeds from Street of Dreams will go to the Home Builders Foundation, which works to develop shelters for those in need while also funding scholarships for prospective home builders. For more information and to buy tickets, go to http://www.streetofdreamspdx.com.
