The Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors® (PMAR) Masters Circle named Kendall Bergstrom-Delancellotti the 2017 Broker of the Year at their May 18th membership event.
The Broker of the Year award selection criteria includes the number of years as a Masters Circle member, production volume, real estate related involvement, national association recognized designations, community service involvement, and number of years in the real estate industry.
Bergstrom-Delancellotti has been a Real Estate broker since 1988 and in the Masters Circle for 15 years. From 2013 – 2017 she was a Hasson Top Producer as well has a Hasson Top 10 Agent in 2016. She has been a member of her local, state, and national Realtor® Associations for the past 26 years.
In addition to Bergstrom-Delancellotti’s industry achievements, her passion for volunteerism extends beyond her professional life and into her community. Bergstrom-Dellancellotti is a founder of the Dundee Civic Committee and supports Lake Oswego Relay for Life. She invests much of her time and efforts into the local schools and related issues. In March 2017 she was an integral force in bringing “for credit Mindfulness classes” to the Lake Oswego School District and is an avid supporter of the Peace in Our Schools organization.
Kendall Bergstrom-Delancellotti is a Diamond-Platinum member of the Masters Circle and has earned designations as a luxury marketing and international relocation specialist.
The average home sale price for the Portland Metropolitan area stayed fairly steady this March, climbing slightly to $481,294 from $478,554 in February.
Nationally, the average sale price saw a slightly more significant increase than what we saw locally. February’s national average was $390,400 (up from January’s average of $355,300), which remains just under $100,000 less than what we are seeing in our markets. March’s national averages are not yet out, as the Hasson Company collects its own data to provide you with the most current and relevant market update each month.
